Ken Michael has devoted the past 20+ years to sales and production management in the mortgage industry. Ken brings a penchant for leadership and excellence to iServe, and utilizes his talents for recruiting, training, motivating and managing branches. As part of iServe's senior management team, he is one of the key drivers of strategic growth in the organization. In his spare time, Ken loves "the great outdoors," enjoying fly fishing, golf and boating with his wife and 10 year old daughter.
Douglas M. Wilson
Co-Chief Executive Officer
Douglas M. Wilson has been active in the mortgage lending industry for over 20 years. Mr.Wilson is a founding member of iServe Residential Lending, LLC. His experience includes strategic and financial planning, sales, marketing, licensing, compliance, accounting, tax planning, and secondary transactions. Mr. Wilson has been a Principal in several mortgage banking and consulting firms and has held senior management positions in sales and finance. Prior to entering the mortgage banking industry he held senior executive positions within the real estate industry, focusing on real estate investment syndications, land development, and home building. Mr. Wilson is a Certified Public Accountant and retains several Mortgage Originator Licenses and is the primary Responsible and Qualified Individual for iServe Residential Lending, LLC. Mr. Wilson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Arizona State University.
Michael C. Wilson
Chief Operating Officer
Michael C. Wilson brings over 20 years of mortgage banking originations, operational efficiencies, strategy and leadership to iServe Residential Lending. As a member of the iServe executive team, Mr. Wilson oversees the operations, investor relationships, credit policy, product development, and strategic growth initiatives for the company. Michael received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from California State University Fullerton with honors. He is actively involved in his church and enjoys spending time with his wife and five children.
Brett Vargo contributes more than 20 years of dedication and expertise in marketing, sales, customer service, secondary marketing, and operations management to the iServe team. Mr. Vargo is responsible for driving operational efficiencies and branch/customer satisfaction throughout the organization. Brett received his Bachelor of English degree from San Diego State University. Outside the company, Brett is an avid musician and songwriter and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
Laurie Bell has 30 years of mortgage banking experience covering underwriting, underwriting management, operations management and various levels of fulfillment as well as origination support. Mrs. Bell's wide range of experience has helped make her sensitive to the needs of the customer, originator and the investor. She is responsible for the quality and quantity of the underwriting department at iServe and also assists the sales staff with scenario support and maintains oversight of investor requests. Laurie has walked over 300 miles for Breast Cancer.
Eastern Regional Manager/National Sales Coach
Dennis Phillips brings over 11 years of mortgage origination experience and brings a wealth of knowledge and talent to iServe Residential Lending. Mr. Phillips joined iServe following his role as a number one branch partner at Peoples Home Equity. He has spent his career building dynamic teams of mortgage originators, as well as helping existing groups improve their volume and maximize their relationships. Mr. Phillips experience, energy and enthusiasm will be a very valuable resource to all lending partners and iServe Residential Lending's clients.
Western Regional Manager
Allen Friedman brings over 20 years in the mortgage industry. Mr. Friedman has maintained key positions in operations and sales management. He has managed at the local, regional and nationwide levels, and has been recognized nationally for his successful management and sales initiatives. His focus is building relationships amongst all parties within the sales cycle. He states that, "Open communication, follow-up and dynamic customer service is key to successful growth." Mr. Friedman graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree from Lincoln University School of Law School. In his spare time, Allen enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
Rick Trew brings over 12 years of experience in the mortgage industry. His primary responsibility is the acquisition and boarding of new Branches, Branch Managers, Originators and Sales Support personnel throughout the country. In addition to being a recruitment specialist, Rick is a leader in building teams, training and the development of sales talent. He is a professional and results-oriented sales leader who established a reputation as a "Start-Up and Rebranding" specialist with various sales organizations. Rick has served in a variety of positions, from origination to management. He helped to develop the Wholesale Division of Fifth Third Bank in Tennessee and was consistently a top producer in his division.Mr.Trew received his Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communication from Middle Tennessee State University.
Christina DellaCamera brings over 10 years of experience in finance and marketing to the iServe team. Prior to iServe, Christina was responsible for the marketing and investor relations for National Asset Direct, Inc and DellaCamera Capital Management, LLC, the parent company. She is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day marketing efforts for iServe at a National and Branch level. Ms.DellaCamera works closely with Management to help expand iServe's marketing efforts. Christina is actively working to help grow the branch presence and working to hire additional loan originators for the Northeast Region. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Salve Regina University.
Jason Zema joined iServe’s Stamford, CT branch in January 2013 as a loan processor. While working in operations he also assisted in the branch’s marketing efforts, to which he was promoted to Marketing Associate in corporate. Working along with iServe's Director of Marketing, Jason provides marketing support to iServe on both a national and branch level. He currently is the System Administrator on the company’s CRM platform, creates marketing collateral, monitors social media and coordinates public events and seminars. Jason is a double-major graduate from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Technology, and a Bachelors of Arts in Economics.
