June 16, 2016 - iServe Residential Lending, a leading residential lender, had the pleasure of sponsoring the GLVR 4th Annual Realtor event with one of the greatest running backs to play the game, Emmitt Smith, as the featured speaker. He spoke to hundreds of people on his journey into the world of real estate. Our Allentown branch did a phenomenal job organizing the event. More great things to come from the Allentown crew!
On Friday November 13, 2015, the world was faced with yet another senseless act of terrorism. The people of Paris are mourning the loss of many lives and it is in times like this that we need to band together as a nation in support of those we lost. Please join iServe Residential Lending as we support France and mourn the lives lost to such a terrible tragedy.
iServe Residential Lending was a sponsor at the University of New Haven Homecoming Football Game on October 24, 2015. We are proud of our affinity relationship with the school and helping to serve our local communities. Family, friends and business partners were invited to the iServe tent, including kids and coaches from the Elephant in the Room boxing gym of New Haven, CT.
iServe iResidential Lending, as a community home loan lender, is proud to support the Revolution Fitness "With These Hands" and Elephant in the Room boxing programs. These programs assist children that have been victims of child crimes and going down the wrong path by giving them something constructive to do with their time while helping them stay off the streets. iServe was successful in raising money and bringing awareness to these tremendous organizations.
On September 26, 2015, our Murfreesboro branch sponsored the Adopt a Hero 5K race. There were over 200 runners participating in the race. Operation Adopt A Hero works to build relationships between Veterans and the community in Tennessee. They believe that communication is key to building a sense of community and offers Veteran's the tools they need to reach out to people in their community. They offer veterans and their families an opportunity to build a life inside and outside the military to give them the same sense of camaraderie they felt in the military. iServe Residential Lending supports our nation's military and believes in giving back to those that have so proudly served our country.
On September 20, 2014, iServe Residential Lending hosted the 5-year anniversary of the Ralph F. DellaCamera Stadium for the University of New Haven vs. Assumption College Alumni Day game. We had over 50 people join us in the iServe VIP tent and we were able to speak to many Veterans and first time home buyers. These events are a great way to speak to people in the community about the home buying process. Join us next year as we host the Homecoming Game and cheer on the Charger family with us.
On October 19th, 2013, iServe Residential Lending hosted another fun filled day at Ralph F. DellaCamera Stadium for the University of New Haven Homecoming football game in New Haven, CT. Chairman Ralph DellaCamera is a proud alum of UNH and this was his fifth year in taking part in hosting this event for the New Haven community. A special VIP tent hosted over 100 iServe family members, friends, and business partners.
The day was a huge success in promoting the iServe Residential Lending brand of mortgage lending. A smaller tent was set up with iServe signage, all designed by Marketing Associate Jason Zema to welcome guests. They were provided with giveaways that included iServe branded pens and football shaped stressballs, along with a free first-time homebuyer guidebook. Two Visa gift cards were also raffled off.
The Homecoming game also raised awareness for leukemia. Ava Caminiti (seen above in a white sweatshirt being held by her father Mike) was in attendance with her family. Ava is a strong little girl who is a survivor of leukemia and has been in remission since May 2013. She brought such a great energy and her smiles made everyone’s day even more rewarding.
A video clip with Ava was played on the video screen on the field throughout the game to promote leukemia awareness. The Stamford branch has committed up to $5,000 to the Smilo Children’s Hospital in New Haven where Ava underwent her treatment, to help with research and finding a cure for this disease. To show support, guests were given orange wristbands with an engraved message “ Hope. Courage. Faith.”
